At AllCore, the healthy, safety and well-being of our Customers, Employees and our surrounding community is our highest priority. We are keeping a close watch on the COVID-19 pandemic and the fluid nature of the situation.
With the news of the mandatory closure of non-essential businesses starting this week, AllCore would like to remind our customers that we are still open for business. While our office is not currently open to the public, our staff continue to work on-site and remotely. We are here to help provide our customers with continued access to essential services like; Internet, email and other services you need and will rely on during this uncertain time.
All sales, customer care and support incidents will continue to be processed on a first come first serve basis. The fastest way to get support at this time is to email the proper department to ensure your request is assigned to the correct team.

- Support: All support requests should be sent to support@allcore.ca.
Our team is answering phone calls, but with limited availability. If you call and are unable to speak with a staff member, please leave a voice mail message. Voice mail opens a support ticket on your behalf and keeps your place in line for faster service.
While the current COVID-19 situation is very fluid, and changing every day, we will continue to operate as “business as usual” to the best of our ability. We will work to achieve our goal of providing the best experience possible for our customers.
